Some donors favour certain UN Agencies.

A. Donors want to support good programmes in priority areas. Most donors would prefer to see the UN working together to maximize impact. Some donors may still continue to fund specific mandates of specific UN agencies, but creating a better option for them to fund UN agencies working together will not undermine any particular preferences donors may always have.
