What is going to change as a result of Delivering As One?

A. Many things. There will be greater transparency and harmonization in resource allocation and mobilization. There will be a stronger framework for delivery of results. Eventually transaction costs will be reduced and the knowledge and expertise of UN specialized agencies will be better utilized. UN agencies will work together on more joint programmes and will set up more joint support services such as procurement and ICT etc. Communications will be strengthened and increasingly harmonized.
